The firm's Project '25 strategy is to build a more diverse workforce and to create a more inclusive culture. To help us get there, we hosted the first multicultural summit—Unstoppable | Diverse | United—on January 23 in McLean, VA. About 350 employees from around the country and world (shout out to Germany!) attended to celebrate our diverse workforce, foster understanding of the Unstoppable movement, and share stories of inclusion. The best way to get involved or to stay involved in the Unstoppable movement is to either:
- Join a Business Resource Group (BRG): All employees are welcome to sign up for any of the firm's five BRGs: Multicultural, Women's, Disabilities, LGBTQ+, and Military Veterans.
- Join the Unstoppable Yammer Group: This is the best place to keep the storytelling going. Post an article, start a conversation, and stay on top of the latest Unstoppable news.
- Host an Unstoppable gathering or tour in your office in FY21. Fill out this form to let us know if you're interested and we'll be in touch.
- A great way to stay involved more generally with the firm's D&I strategy, Project '25, is to join the All In Pledge challenge on Engage—the first 200 participants will win a prize. Check out the full challenge rules and how-to here.
